Job Title: Technical Solutions Expert

This role involves driving customer solutions, supporting sales efforts, and guiding product development across the polymer business. The successful candidate will bridge market needs with internal functions including research and development, production, and regulatory affairs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development: Deliver solutions and formulation support for targeted segments
  • Formulation Creation: Develop and adapt formulations for local market requirements
  • Training and Education: Conduct training for customers, distributors, and internal teams on technical aspects
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors and recommend strategies
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with statutory and internal standards for quality management
  • Lab Management: Manage lab operations efficiently and maintain EHS and ISO standards
  • Customer Support: Support customer complaint resolution and application troubleshooting
  • Maintenance and Calibration: Maintain lab equipment, calibrate instruments, and document results
  • Field Trials and Visits: Participate in field trials and customer visits as needed
  • Industry Representation: Contribute to technical papers, exhibitions, and industry seminars

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Chemistry
  • At least 8 years of experience in formulation with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Detailed knowledge of polymer science and standard test methods
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction with problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with core markets, competitors, and emulsion polymer technology
