Job Title: Statistical Programmer Lead

Description:

The role of a Statistical Programmer Lead involves providing programming support for clinical trials, ensuring high-quality statistical outputs. This position requires expertise in all areas of programming, with a strong understanding of regulatory standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement CDISC and other regulatory standards
  • Lead programming efforts on assigned studies
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of activities for assigned support programmers
  • Create project timelines
  • Develop tools and macros to improve quality and efficiency
  • Prepare programming specifications for SDTM, ADaM, and other derived datasets
  • Apply SAS programming knowledge to program/develop and/or validate statistical outputs according to the statistical analysis plan and other specifications

Requirements:

This role requires a degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 4 years of direct SAS programming experience in pharmaceutical development or a CRO environment. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
