Job Responsibilities:
  • Main contributor in Agile ceremonies
  • Mentorship and facilitation of engineering training for a team of Engineers
  • Performance and delegation of engineering assignments to ensure production readiness is maintained
  • Closely working with global teams to ensure effective technical solutions
  • Research for product troubleshooting and optimization efforts
  • Research for product development and tools selection
  • Escalation point and participation in on-call support rotations
  • Active monitoring of key metrics and reporting on trends
  • Participation in our Engineering Community of Practice
  • Contribution to engineering automation, management or development of production level systems
  • Contribution to project engineering design and standards verification
  • Reliability monitoring and support as needed to ensure products meet guest expectations
