Job Role: Solution Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Engineer to join our team.

As a Solution Engineer, you will be working closely with customers to deliver solutions across global deployments.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in Python, DevOps, and a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology.

They should also have expertise in YAML, exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, and a solid understanding of application architecture and data flow.

The responsibilities of this role include being a test expert on the customer's operational analytics solution, taking a hands-on role in deployment, collaborating with the engineering team, and improving product features and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement solutions for customers
  • Work closely with the engineering team to improve product features and quality
  • Collaborate with customers to deliver solutions across global deployments
  • Be a test expert on the customer's operational analytics solution

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years of experience in Python
  • DevOps experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology
  • Expertise in YAML
  • Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
  • Solid understanding of application architecture and data flow
