As a Senior Director, you will lead and scale medical billing operations to drive accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. With deep domain expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management, you will bring proven leadership in operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

We seek an experienced professional with 15+ years of experience in Medical Billing / RCM industry, at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role. You should have strong expertise in billing processes, denial management, AR follow-up, and payer policies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in driving digital transformation/automation in medical billing is a plus. This role requires a willingness to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

You will be responsible for leading large teams, managing multi-client operations, and staying updated on US healthcare billing regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and payer requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver business goals.
