Job Overview
The Senior Associate will provide administrative support to resident and visiting faculty at the Indian School of Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth functioning of the department by handling daily administrative tasks.
- Arrange travel and stay for visiting and resident faculty at both Hyderabad and Mohali campuses.
- Prepare course materials and class seating layouts for students.
- Process invoices and POs for course-related expenditures.
- Maintain stationery and issue mementos for guest speakers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or Computer Applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, secretarial, coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Meticulous planning, organizing, time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Candidates are expected to possess desirable experience of 2-5 years in a similar role.
