Job Title: Senior Cloud Data Engineer

Job Description:

As a seasoned data engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform tools. Your expertise in building complex datasets to meet diverse business needs is crucial for our organization.

Our ideal candidate will have experience with big data processing using Big Query, Cloud Dataflow (Apache Beam), and Pub/Sub. A strong understanding of file formats such as CSV, JSON, XML, Parquet, ORC, and Avro is also required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
  • Constructing large, complex datasets to meet diverse business needs.
  • Translating business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Leveraging GCP services including Big Query, Cloud Dataflow (Apache Beam), Pub/Sub, and Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow) to build integrated systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with structured ERP solutions like SAP, Oracle EBS, and Salesforce.
  • A strong understanding of different file formats.
  • Knowledge of Data Lake concepts.
