Join a dynamic team of professionals in a leading financial and strategic consulting firm based in Noida. The organization advises companies from various sectors on mergers, acquisitions, raising growth capital, business valuation, due diligence reviews, etc. It also assists international companies in their business in India, right from setting up to accounting, tax advisory, compliance, and financial reporting.

Profile: Diversified (except audits) - Accounting, Financial Reporting, Income Tax, GST, FEMA, Corporate Law, M&A and Fund-Raise advisory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Maintain complete accounting files for clients in TallyPrime.

2. Prepare management reports for clients.

3. Finalize client accounts and prepare financial statements.

4. Compute income tax liability and prepare and file income tax returns.

5. Computation of TDS liability and preparation and filing of TDS returns.

6. Register clients for GST, compute liability, and file GST returns.

7. Conduct research for M&A and fund-raise projects.

8. Assist in preparing financial models, investment teasers, and investment memorandums.

9. Prepare secretarial records and assist in ROC filings.

10. Provide advisory services on various aspects of FEMA, Corporate Law, Income Tax, International Tax, and GST.

Qualification: CA intermediate with both group passes. Candidates who have completed their articleship for 3-6 months and seeking transfer may also apply.

Benefits:

The position offers a stipend of INR 12,000 for the first year and INR 15,000 for the second year.

Skill set required:

1. Strong accountancy knowledge and proficiency in tax and corporate laws.

2. Good communication and presentation skills.

3. Working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.

Working hours are from 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM, five days a week.
