Quality Assurance Lead

The position of Quality Assurance Lead is a pivotal role within our organization.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily quality assurance operations to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

This involves developing and implementing quality management systems to guarantee compliance with industry standards.

You will also lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in Quality Management within EMS/electronics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with industry standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Skills in conducting quality audits and producing quality reports.
  • Leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical or related field.
