Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of a Quality Assurance Specialist is to conduct thorough quality assurance audits or phone calls.

  • Assess the quality of performance of associates who interact with customers.
  • Monitor inbound and outbound calls and emails to evaluate associate's demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete call monitoring and feedback as per SLA or internally defined.
  • Provide trend data to concerned teams.
  • Understand process/function goals and help teams achieve them.
  • Conduct calibration sessions and initiate action plans for reducing variance.
  • Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • At least 1+ year of experience in collections processes.
  • Preferred 3rd Party or 1st Party Collections experience.
  • Self-motivation and ability to adapt to change.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
