Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

We seek a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to enhance our organization's commitment to quality excellence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and analytical thinking with a strong focus on quality.

  • The successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of fabrication processes, be well-versed in industry standards such as ASTM, ASME, EN, ISO, IS & others, and expert-level knowledge of welding procedures as per ASME/AWS/EN.
  • Strong understanding of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), computer systems, 2D, 3D, General Arrangement (GA) & Detail Engineering Drawing knowledge is required.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and their implementation, along with the ability to collaborate with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant diploma or degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of stagewise fabrication of Static/Rotary Equipment.
  • Well-versed in industry codes and standards.
  • Expert-level knowledge of welding procedures as per ASME/AWS/EN.
  • Deep understanding of NDT techniques.
  • Strong understanding of QMS system and their implementation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify technical issues and resolve them effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product quality.
  • Establish and maintain a robust quality management system to ensure conformity and accuracy in production processes.
  • Provide detailed guidelines for quality checks and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
