You will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of consulting engagements as a Senior Business Analyst. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and business users, as well as cross-functional delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle to gather and document solution requirements.

We are looking for an analytical and experienced Business Analyst who can provide consultation to client stakeholders and business users on omni-channel-specific business topics. Your expertise should include product catalog modeling, inventory management, customer service, b2b customer management, b2b procurement, demand generation, promotion strategy, cross-channel commerce, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements.
  • Providing analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Developing user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to clients and delivery team members.
  • Working with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues.
  • Understanding e-commerce data structures, collecting product catalogue data from client business users, manipulating data for import into eCommerce system and identifying data gaps, and performing product data imports into eCommerce system (project-dependent).
