Job Opportunity: Ecommerce Executive

This role offers exposure to both marketing and operations in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience working on the backend of prominent e-commerce platforms. They should possess excellent time-management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including:

  • Cataloguing Management: Managing catalogues for all brands
  • PO and Appointment Scheduling: Overseeing domestic PO creation and scheduling appointments across brands
  • Inventory Updates: Updating inventory and new style list listings
  • Content and Campaign Creation: Uploading images, creating campaigns, and managing brand stores
  • Optimization and Compliance: Optimizing listings, managing portal-specific channel linking/cloning, and handling infringement and suppression issues
  • Promotions and Reviews Management: Managing Deals, coupons, ratings/reviews, and pricing strategies
  • Project Oversight: Overseeing internal projects, dashboard updates, and creating codes
  • Collaboration and Logistics Coordination: Coordinating with internal and external logistics partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations
