Senior Executive Engineer Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Engineer to lead the planning and execution of preventive maintenance for process equipment, including vial filling, vial washing, Tunnel, isolators.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and executing preventive maintenance tasks for process equipment according to established SOPs.
  • Online data entry for carrying out preventive maintenance activities as per SOPs.
  • Attending breakdown maintenance in compliance with cGMP regulations for process equipment.
  • Ensuring adherence to cGMP, GDP, and safety protocols during all activities.
  • Maintaining effective communication and coordination with other departments to resolve plant maintenance issues.
  • Managing spares for all process equipment and ensuring their timely availability.
  • Operation and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal working conditions.
  • Monitoring and maintaining clean room parameters and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Executing HVAC requalification procedures.
  • Reporting relevant EHS issues to concerned personnel.
  • Preparing purchase requests with spare and work details in accordance with established formats.
  • Coordinating with vendors for AMC covered equipment.
  • Documenting preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Leading the execution of running projects, new projects, and plant extension works.
  • Preparing equipment qualification documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of process equipment and maintenance procedures.
  • Able to coordinate with other departments and vendors.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
