Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Placement Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our placement department, you will be responsible for coordinating on-campus and off-campus placement activities, building relationships with corporate recruiters, and facilitating internship and job opportunities for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campus and Off-Campus Placement Activities: Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communication with companies to ensure seamless placement processes.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters, HR managers, and industry partners to identify potential employers and align them with student interests.
  • Student Training Sessions: Organize training sessions on resume writing, interview preparation, group discussions, and soft skills to equip students with the necessary tools for success.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the placement database, including student profiles, recruiter contacts, and placement statistics.
  • Employer Facilitation: Identify potential employers and facilitate internship and job opportunities by aligning them with student interests.
  • Communication: Ensure timely communication between students and recruiters regarding job openings, selection processes, and interview results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 5–7 years of experience in campus placements, recruitment, HR, or career services.

  • Strong Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, email, and database management.
  • Professionalism: Ability to handle student interactions and corporate communication professionally.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of current job market trends and employer expectations.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
