
Placement Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Campus and Off-Campus Placement Activities: Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communication with companies to ensure seamless placement processes.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters, HR managers, and industry partners to identify potential employers and align them with student interests.
- Student Training Sessions: Organize training sessions on resume writing, interview preparation, group discussions, and soft skills to equip students with the necessary tools for success.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the placement database, including student profiles, recruiter contacts, and placement statistics.
- Employer Facilitation: Identify potential employers and facilitate internship and job opportunities by aligning them with student interests.
- Communication: Ensure timely communication between students and recruiters regarding job openings, selection processes, and interview results.
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in campus placements, recruitment, HR, or career services.
- Strong Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, email, and database management.
- Professionalism: Ability to handle student interactions and corporate communication professionally.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of current job market trends and employer expectations.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
