About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned digital advertising professional to join our team as a Facebook Ads Media Buyer. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who can develop and execute effective ad campaigns, drive growth, and optimize performance.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience running high-budget ad campaigns on Meta platforms, with a proven track record of managing large-scale ad spends and achieving scalable ROI. They will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and performance dashboards, as well as excellent creative sense and ability to guide video editors/designers to produce high-performing content.

This role offers a unique chance to work closely with founders and marketing teams, design testing frameworks, and stay up-to-date with platform changes and best practices. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, with a hunger to scale campaigns, take ownership, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns with a focus on driving scalable ROI.
  • Develop manual bidding strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Analyze campaign performance daily, diagnose issues, and take corrective action.
  • Collaborate with video editors and guide the creative direction based on data-driven insights.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to design testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and offers.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, competitive landscape, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience running high-budget ad campaigns on Meta platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale ad spends and achieving scalable ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and performance dashboards.
