Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize working capital, ensuring efficient handling of receivables, payables, and inventory.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for senior management.
  • Monitor budgetary controls and ensure that expenses stay within allocated limits.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Liaise with auditors for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support senior leadership in strategic financial planning.

Requirements:

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on working capital management and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of MIS, budgetary control, and financial monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
