As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design process for major product initiatives. You will define the visual direction for our products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing high-impact features while guiding our visual approach and mentoring other designers.

  • Designing and delivering polished, detail-driven user interfaces that balance beauty and usability.
  • Building and maintaining a scalable design system to ensure visual and functional consistency.
  • Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Growth to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 4+ years in digital product design, ideally in media or high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Mastery of Figma and strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience mentoring designers and advocating for design excellence within a team.
