About Software Development:

We are seeking a skilled Software Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of complex software systems.

Our goal is to create innovative solutions that push the boundaries of performance, luxury, and cutting-edge technology. We aim to achieve full autonomous driving (L4+) by 2030 and develop state-of-the-art automated driving systems for global deployment.

In this role, you will be responsible for breaking down high-level design requirements into detailed designs and implementing them in software and API interfaces. You will also mentor junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices, and DevOps trade-offs.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collaborating with multiple disciplinary teams and communicating findings through presentations and reports.
  • Mentoring junior software engineers and providing guidance on design patterns and development best practices.
  • Developing complex software to meet design objectives and ensuring API design for extensibility and portability across multiple implementations.
  • Effective communication with global teams within the organization and fostering collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in application design and development, with at least 3+ years in application design and development.
  • Responsibility for low-level design, implementation, and validation in complex automotive projects.
  • Experience in AUTOSAR-based software solution design and development.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages and Agile SW development process.
  • Hands-on experience in developing systems based on various IPC mechanisms and Adaptive AUTOSAR-based Communication and Diagnostic stack.
  • Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns and good knowledge of ISO26262.
