Job Description

As a Senior Google Ads Manager, you will lead high-budget paid advertising campaigns targeting Asian markets.

  • Develop and execute high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Optimize campaigns for multiple Asian markets with a data-driven, localized approach.
  • Run continuous testing, analysis, and refinements to maximize ROI.
  • Build and manage conversion funnels that align with business goals.

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven professional with a proven track record of success in managing high-budget campaigns. You will have full ownership of strategy and execution, working directly with executive leadership to scale our online business education platform.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Providing regular reports with insights and recommendations to leadership.
  2. Collaborating closely with internal teams including product, content, and sales.
  3. Developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing Google Ads campaigns to drive conversions and revenue.
  • Optimizing campaign performance through data analysis and A/B testing.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of tracking (GA4, GTM), bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • A self-starter mindset with a performance-oriented approach.
