Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and gather necessary non-functional requirements.
  • Derive NFR based stats on discussion with Business & Architects.
  • Knowledge on scenario creation for performance tests (Peak , Soak , Stress) & advance types (spike , scalability etc.).
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with JMeter (API) , LoadRunner (UI) , to conduct performance testing.
  • Experience in monitoring using Appd /Graphana tools.
  • Working knowledge on tools like Postman for API & able to understand end points /payloads etc.
  • Provide well-written documentation, including performance test plans and test summary reports, to stakeholders.
  • Conduct performance testing for software solutions to ensure they meet desired performance standards.
  • Hands on experience in Test Estimation, Test Data Setup and Defect Management.
  • Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium, Jenkins, or GitLab etc.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology.
  • Basic knowledge on infra capacity planning.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very good written and oral communication skills.

Good To have Skills:

  • Proficiency in banking domain.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure & performance metrics.
