National Sales Director

Job Description:
The National Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our retail presence across India. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build and lead a high-performing sales team, foster strong relationships with distributors and key accounts, and deliver ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a national sales strategy to drive revenue and market share growth across multiple sales channels.
- Channel & Distribution Management: Oversee and expand distribution networks across general trade, modern trade, and HoReCa.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team across regions.
- Sales Operations & Performance Tracking: Monitor sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to refine strategy and execution.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in FMCG sales with experience in scaling a brand across India.
- Strong network of distributor relationships.
- Experience setting up and managing sales teams across multiple geographies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
