Senior Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing distribution planning, dispatch planning and secondary logistics operations across the country. They will also generate and provide inputs for long-term infrastructure and operations execution.

Key responsibilities include managing the pan-India secondary distribution network, including 57 CFA locations and depots with a team of regional logistics resources.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in systems and process frameworks for secondary distribution operations, as well as critical analysis and working skills to support management decision-making.

They will also provide qualified inputs for proper creation and implementation of various SOPs regarding day-to-day operations at depots and CFA.

Additional responsibilities include designing and implementing information systems to align with SOPs, developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives, and providing secondary cost MIS along with variance analysis and focus areas for cost reduction.

The role also involves monitoring and ensuring quality and stock audits at CFA/deposits and closure of NCs through follow-up.

Other key responsibilities include administrating cost requests from CFA/deposits, using various forecast techniques to generate and keep current and expected demand plans for at least two-three years, and conducting network analysis and cost workings for optimization.
