About the Role:

The Strategic Operations and Branding Manager will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency by taking ownership of critical tasks that currently lack a dedicated owner. This role aims to address issues such as poor tracking and prioritization of key projects, inefficient allocation of team time on non-revenue generating tasks, and uneven workload distribution among team members.

This role will enable the team to focus on their expertise and revenue-generating efforts by assuming responsibility for key data, reporting, and operational support activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Data and Reporting: Maintain and update trackers, including sales, marketing, scorecard, and retention trackers. Generate weekly reports summarizing insights from all trackers.
  • Ad-Hoc Project Management: Oversee critical business initiatives, such as HubSpot/email/domain migrations, Notion dashboard development, and software solution implementation. Ensure team actions/projects are tracked and driven to completion. Support the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
  • Marketing and Sales Support: Schedule social media posts and manage updates to tools like Calendly. Organize and subtitle marketing videos. Collate and report on data for marketing and sales initiatives. Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs for marketing and sales processes.

Requirements:
Hard Skills:
• Project Management: Prince 2 / PMP certification (or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with tools like Notion
• Data Collection and Reporting: Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience designing and maintaining dashboards/trackers
• Knowledge of scorecard KPI tracking
• Process and SOP Development: Skilled at documenting and standardizing workflows
• Strong understanding of process optimization
• Technical Literacy: Comfortable with troubleshooting and adopting new software solutions
