Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to manage statutory filings, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and prepare financial statements.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding statutory filings, compliance, and financial statement preparation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory forms and returns with government agencies.
  • Monitor and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws.
  • Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve legal or compliance issues related to statutory filings and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including timely filing of returns and addressing GST-related queries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience in finance operations, statutory filings, and financial statements preparation.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools, including Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial statements and compliance filings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to address complex financial and compliance issues.
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and delivering exceptional service.
