Main Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and analyze business change, functional, and non-functional requirements across various stakeholders.">
  • Work with cross-asset IT teams to interface those requirements and deliver a working reconciliation solution.">
  • Own and produce relevant analysis and modeling artefacts for development teams.">
  • Understand user journeys end-to-end, beyond system limitations.">
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirements development.">
  • Create/enhance logical and physical data models adhering to agreed standards.">
  • Undertake metadata analysis, including entity naming, attribute definitions, and data types.">
  • Create and maintain data models.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 4-10 years of experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling.">
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills, covering requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database designing.">
  • Comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) and creating high-quality data models.">
  • Maintain accurate, complete, consistent, unambiguous, reliable, accessible, traceable, and valid metadata and data-related artefacts.">
  • Good understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies and excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.">
