Job Title

A Business Intelligence Professional with expertise in data analysis and reporting is required to lead the delivery of leadership assessments and 360 surveys for clients on internal and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering project requirements, setting up assessments and simulations, designing reporting setups, and delivering results.
  • Collating scores from various tools to maintain a database.
  • Analyzing scores to generate industry benchmarks and norms for different markets.
  • Creating dashboards using Microsoft Power Apps, Tableau, or Power BI.
Requirements:
  • Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of statistical functions, such as mean, median, mode, correlation, variance, standard deviation, and regression.
  • Preferred knowledge of Tableau for data presentation.
  • Strong business communication skills and fluency in English.
