Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Manager to join our client's team, a UK-based digital marketing agency. In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end management of multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients
  • Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and ROAS
  • Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50K+
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Advertising)
  • Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behaviour
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Basecamp)
