Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial information for our firm's funds.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and disseminating financial and operational information for our firm's funds;
  • Managing capital call and distribution processes, including journal entries and investor allocation;
  • Collecting and analyzing financial data from various sources and preparing periodic reports for investors and stakeholders;
  • Cálculating the fund's performance and financial position;
  • Ensuring reports are accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Accounting certification such as Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA is desired;
  • 5 plus years of experience in fund reporting, accounting and control;
  • Knowledge of fund accounting principles and the ability to maintain accurate and complete capital account records;
  • Experience in preparing regular financial reports for credit funds, including NAV, performance reports, and presentations;
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and the ability to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.

Other requirements include:

  • Ability to perform complex financial analysis and demonstrate strong analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in financial reporting software and systems, such as Investran, etc.;
  • Ability to manage large amounts of data accurately and efficiently;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in MS Excel;
  • Knowledge of Geneva and Investran;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex financial analysis.
