Job Title: Lead Graphics Designer

    We are seeking an experienced and creative Lead Graphics Designer to lead our in-house graphics team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented group of designers and develop innovative visual solutions for educational content.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design team to create engaging and interactive visual elements for educational content, including infographics, animations, and videos.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand graphic needs and deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation of digital and print materials, ensuring consistency in branding and visual style.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure all graphics meet high standards.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles in Edtech industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

    Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Proficiency in audio cleaning and enhancement techniques.
