About the Role:

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects or change initiatives meet objectives on time and within budget by enhancing employee adoption and usage.

Focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organization structures.

The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans.
  • Work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and executives as a coach, helping them fulfill their role as change sponsors.
  • Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
  • Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans, including:
    • Applying a structured methodology and leading change management activities.
    • Applying a change management process and tools to create a strategy that supports the adoption of required changes by a project or initiative.
    • Supporting communication efforts, including designing, developing, delivering, and managing communications.
    • Assessing the change impact, conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
    • Supporting training efforts, providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.
