Our team is looking for a dynamic Research Manager to play a key role in the success of our projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research teams, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and designing research that delivers actionable insights.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive research plans that meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Mentor and guide junior researchers to help them grow professionally.
  • Review and validate research methodologies to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality research reports and presentations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in quantitative market research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.

Key Requirements:

  • Master's/MBA in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in quantitative market research.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills to coach junior researchers and lead projects.
  • Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
