Job Title: Digital Automation Specialist

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Automation Specialist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and related tools.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence agents to create impactful, future-ready solutions that drive efficiency and automation outcomes.
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and provide technical guidance on best practices for RPA implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions.
  • Perform testing, quality assurance, and ensure smooth deployment of automated processes.
  • Train and support end-users in adopting automation tools.
  • Manage small to mid-sized projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Onboard users to developed applications and promote best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and related tools.
  • Leverage AI agents to create impactful, future-ready solutions.

  • Conduct process mining and optimization to enhance automation outcomes.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation.

  • Train and support end-users in adopting automation tools.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions.
  • Strong background in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, and related tools.
  • Experience with AI agents and leveraging them to create impactful solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver business-aligned solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
