Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team at Talent Destination. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting monthly risk assessments and developing key process flowcharts.

About the Role: As an Internal Audit Manager, you will conduct monthly Revenue & Health Insurance risk assessments to identify critical risks associated with Revenue and Health Insurance with various business processes. You will also prepare the monthly Matrix/ Synopsis/ AR Rollover/ Audit Report for the Audit Manager's review.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting monthly Revenue & Health Insurance risk assessments to identify critical risks associated with Revenue and Health Insurance with various business processes
  • Preparing the monthly Matrix/ Synopsis/ AR Rollover/ Audit Report for the Audit Manager's review
  • Review of functions of the business on a monthly basis e.g. Payroll, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable & Health Insurance Expenses
  • Involved in preparation of Business procedures documentation
  • Developing key process flowcharts & audit programs for various business processes
  • Coordinating and participating in the completion of audit test procedures
  • Review of contractors/vendors bills & payment
  • Perform complex data analysis

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Knowledge of Statutory accounting principles
  • Must have extremely strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion are required
  • Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
  • Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership

What We Offer: Our company offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
