Internal Audit Specialist

ThoughtSol Infotech Pvt. Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Specialist to join our team in Noida Sec-132.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional to oversee internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO and CMMI standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and conducting internal audits across departments to assess compliance with established quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust internal audit program that aligns with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Document audit findings, prepare audit reports, and maintain accurate records of audit activities.
- Collaborate with management to prepare for external audits and ensure seamless integration with the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive initiatives to optimize processes, reduce risks, and enhance efficiency across departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality management, internal auditing, or compliance, with hands-on experience in CMMI and ISO audits.
- Certification as an ISO Lead Auditor or CMMI Auditor is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO (9001, 27001) and CMMI standards and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in QMS software and MS Office Suite.
Working Conditions:
This role may require occasional travel for audit purposes. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
