- Familiarity with affidavits u/s 45 and related laws is essential.

- Proficiency in data management is crucial.
- In-depth knowledge of Trade Mark and IP laws is necessary.
- Rectification proceedings and injunction matters require specialized expertise.
- Cease & desist notice drafting skills are highly valued.
