Head of Nursing Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Head of Nursing to lead our dynamic nursing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of approximately 15 nurses, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and efficient operation of the department.

The nursing department covers various areas including outpatient services, inpatient care, operating theatre, and maternity. The Head of Nursing will oversee daily operations, provide leadership, mentorship, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care.

  • Manage and supervise a team of nurses
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance
  • Collaborate with other departments
Requirements and Qualifications:

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice. The ideal candidate has experience in a nursing leadership role, excellent clinical skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
