Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized guidance to students exploring international nursing opportunities.
  • Clearly outline eligibility criteria, application processes, fees, visa requirements, and licensing exams for prospective students.
  • Provide dedicated support with applications, documentation, and compliance procedures.
  • Achieve high conversion rates of student inquiries into successful enrollments.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams for admissions, operations, and marketing functions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and counseling sessions.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in nursing, healthcare, education, or a related field (preferable).
  • 1-3 years of experience in counseling within education abroad, healthcare, or recruitment sectors.
  • Thorough understanding of international nursing pathways.
  • Exceptional communication (English and local language) and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven professional with strong sales and conversion orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools.

Performance Metrics & Targets:

  • Manage the sales pipeline for international nursing initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Maintain a high ratio of counseling-to-conversion success.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and CRM data integrity.
  • Support students throughout the entire process, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
