Your Role

You will play a key part in managing supplier onboarding and updates through Coupa SIM, including government agency pay site creation, non-profit onboarding, and name changes. You will troubleshoot and support suppliers with Coupa Supplier Portal related issues and follow up on outstanding SIM forms.

Your Profile
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
  • You should have a customer service focus and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, Coupa, Microsoft Suites, and ServiceNow is essential.

Functional experience in supplier information management is beneficial.
