Senior Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our QA group, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the QA team in defining quality standards and best practices.

  • Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes through effective leadership and mentorship.
  • Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing across multiple platforms.
  • Evaluate and establish QA processes to ensure seamless integration with product and development teams.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers to help grow the QA function and enhance overall quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools: Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.
  • Experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS).
  • Performance testing expertise using JMeter, K6, or similar tools.
