Job Opportunity: Software Tester

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Software Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience in QA, preferably in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications - data (CI-D) and journeys (CI-J) implementations.
  • Validate the integrity, mapping, and synchronization of customer data across Dataverse, CI-D, CI-J, and third-party integrations.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of software workflows, business logic, data ingestion pipelines, and marketing automations.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with developers, data engineers, and marketing teams to identify issues and validate resolutions.
  • Test API integrations, webhooks, and data pipelines related to CI-D and CI-J within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, and security standards during test execution and documentation.
  • Maintain test documentation, report bugs using appropriate tools, and track issues through resolution.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process and product quality improvements.
