Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Geospatial Data Analyst to support our strategic and key enterprise customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Geospatial Data Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to Esri India end users.

About the Role

The Geospatial Data Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Actively engaging with customers and providing solutions to their technical issues.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in handling geospatial data management and usage.
  • Identifying, understanding, and articulating solutions to customer issues using Web GIS knowledge.
  • Coordinating and delivering product trainings to customers over remote and onsite.
  • Installation, configuration, and performance tuning of Enterprise Geodatabases and related technologies.
  • Providing high-quality technical support and customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical approach.
  • Working well in a fast-paced environment and ready to travel to customer locations with short notice.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer communication, management, and presentation skills.
  • A strong understanding of geospatial data management and usage.
  • Experience with Esri software and strong problem-solving and analytics skills.
  • Hands-on experience in working with Enterprise Geodatabases, versioning, replication, and installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as GIS, Computer Science, or Environmental Science.
