Job Title

We are seeking a highly experienced Fusion SCM Functional Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to customers in implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management solutions.

About the Role
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Work independently to design and implement complex Fusion SCM solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Consulting and Advisory Services: Provide expert consulting and advisory services to customers on Fusion SCM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Act as a team lead on projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead business development activities to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • SCM Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge of SCM functional expertise, including Source – Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Approval Management AMX/BPM, Inventory Management, Order Management, Pricing, Sales and Service Contract, Install Base, Manufacturing, Planning.
  • Experience: Have at least 3-4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience, and have experience in conducting architecture, design, and solution workshops.
  • Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor of Engineering or master's degree in business administration (MBA) with 5 to 10 years of total experience in EBS or Cloud Application Implementations.
  • Soft Skills: Possess excellent communication skills – written & verbal, good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders, ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner, self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive, and the ability and willingness to learn.
