Job Title: Salesforce Technical Manager

Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Project Cluster Lead to oversee a cluster of Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Salesforce, with at least 15-17 years of overall experience and a minimum of four years as a Salesforce Architect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a cluster of Salesforce projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of Salesforce architects and technical staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define design best practices.
  • Review design, drive POCs.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and standards.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.
  • Possession of mandatory Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing multiple Salesforce projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and other Salesforce technologies.
