About This Role

This is a managerial cum support position that entails overseeing Question Banks Management, managing numerous Subject Expert panels and collaborating with other subject matter experts as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the development of high-quality Questions Banks for Assessments.
  • Creating content - MCQs in General Knowledge & Current Affairs.
  • Managing Question Banks: Developing, setting quality standards for writing and reviewing items in respective domains.
  • Tracking inventory and maintaining optimum levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.
  • Managing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Defining selection criteria and strategy.
  • Monitoring SME performance quality.
  • Training and developing SME pools in different domains/subjects.
  • Coordinating extensively with SMEs for all test development activities.
  • Designing tests: Creating test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinating with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets.
  • Supporting Lead Subject Admins in delivering projects and other requirements as per organizational needs.
  • Analyzing questions post-exam, reporting to higher management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Subject competency in school subjects till 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Broad understanding of education systems of the country and NCERT/CBSE/boards.
  • Experience of working in education sectors related to assessment and evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development.
  • Good command over English both written and spoken.
  • Good command over spoken Hindi.
