Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned construction executive who can oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects similar to ours, with a strong background in civil engineering and construction management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- B.Tech - Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
- At least 19 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on high-rise building projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera software, with knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
