
Effective Learning Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer to join our team. As a dynamic and detail-oriented professional, you will lead impactful training programs across new hires, existing team members, and supervisory staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new joiners.
- Deliver training on soft skills, process, product, and systems.
- Ensure smooth assimilation into company policies and tools.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, and role-plays.
• Proven experience in training and development with a focus on adult learning principles.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models and evaluation methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in creating engaging training content and materials.

Training Needs Assessment and InterventionAs a Trainer, you will be responsible for identifying performance gaps and developing targeted training interventions to address them. You will also track pre- and post-training performance to measure the impact and efficacy of these interventions.
Additionally, you will collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to ensure that training programs align with business objectives and meet the needs of our stakeholders.
Product Knowledge and Supervisor AssessmentsYou will create and manage product knowledge tests for front-line and supervisory teams. These tests will evaluate their understanding of products, services, and policies.
You will also conduct supervisor readiness assessments to evaluate leadership competencies and provide feedback to help them develop as leaders.
Furthermore, you will periodically update assessments in line with process or product changes to ensure that they remain relevant and effective.
Continuous ImprovementAs a Trainer, you will be expected to stay abreast of new product launches, policy updates, and process changes. You will then conduct timely refresher training for impacted stakeholders and partner with Product, Process, and Compliance teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
You will also maintain up-to-date training dashboards, attendance logs, and test results. This will enable you to generate regular reports on training coverage, scores, and intervention effectiveness.
Finally, you will provide actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership based on training data to support informed decision-making.
