Job Description

As a seasoned operations professional, you will lead and oversee all operational aspects of the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) division, ensuring the flawless planning and delivery of high-quality events and corporate programs in Delhi.

This role requires an expert who can manage end-to-end operations of MICE events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and team management. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and client relations to align operational execution with business goals.

You will also be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, venues, and service providers to secure competitive rates and quality services, as well as conducting site inspections, assessing venues, and ensuring all event requirements are met.

Other key responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating operational efficiency, implementing process improvements, and driving cost optimization, overseeing compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards during event execution, handling risk management and contingency planning for seamless event delivery, and preparing operational reports and MIS for senior management and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years in event operations or related roles, with 3+ years in MICE operations leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of the MICE industry, event management best practices, and vendor management.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, event management software, and reporting tools.
