Financial Process Optimization Lead

This role involves leading initiatives to assess, streamline and optimize the end-to-end Invoice-to-Pay process. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and optimize the Invoice-to-Pay process to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in the Invoice-to-Pay process.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounts payable team.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or related field with a strong understanding of accounting principles and central directives. Proficient analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends and make informed decisions to optimize the accounts payable process. Expertise in using invoice processing software, ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Proficiency in MS Office Suites and workflow automation tools and robotic process automation (RPA) technologies to streamline the invoice processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

German language proficiency (B2 level) and relevant certifications such as CMA or CPA. Experience in SAP or similar ERP system with accounts payable or related financial domain.
