We are a leading manufacturer of contemporary design Hand Made carpets in India, with offices and manufacturing facilities across the country.

As a full-time designer in our Delhi head office, you will be responsible for creating modern rug designs made from cotton, wool, or jute on pitlooms, punja looms, kelim looms, hand tufted and modern hand-knotted carpets.

  • Create detailed plans for the creative direction of the company across different product lines.
  • Share concept ideas for themes and collections to develop.
  • Design rugs in various qualities and textures based on identified collections.
  • Stay up-to-date with new fibre, yarn, and weave ideas for manufacturing.
  • Plan exhibition stand designs related to displayed collections.
  • Renderrug designs in room settings.
  • Develop catalogues and social media posts.
  • Travel to factories and exhibitions as required.

Key requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in design.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the field.
  • Familiarity with carpet techniques such as hand tufting, hand knotting, and handloom work.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign, and other relevant software.
  • PREFERRED: Working knowledge of Galaincha software.
